The Early Childhood Quality Network (Q-Net) Web site contains links to documents in many different formats. The information below should help you understand how to view these files. Some may be viewed through your browser using a plug-in - others need to be downloaded to your computer and viewed through a program. Please email any questions to .

| Rich Text file | .rtf | Right-click on the link, choose to download file then use any text editor such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Word Viewer, Wordpad or Notepad to view the file. | |
| PDF doc | Most browsers allow you to view these files. Simply click on the link and an Acrobat plug-in should open in your browser. File stays on the server. To download the file to your computer, right-click on the link, choose to download file then use Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) to view file. |  | |
