ecQ-net Modules and College Credit OpportunitiesThe Early Childhood Quality Network (ecQ-net ) continues to communicate with colleges and universities to coordinate additional credit opportunities. As these institutions partner with us, their contact information will be posted on our Web site, and will be available at any module you attend. It is up to the module attendee to contact the institution of choice, using the contact information provided, and work with them to obtain credit. Please note that colleges and universities may offer credit opportunities for some modules but not necessarily all modules.

Ashland University Contact:
Information:
Ashland University Professional Development Services will offer graduate credit for approved modules. Participants must participate in all sessions and complete all required assignments. Grades of S/U will be issued unless otherwise requested. Undergraduate credit may be an option for some participants for licensure purposes.

Information:
Credit is available for each approved module completed. Must register for credit by the first class session and participate in all activities and assignments. A grade must be assigned. There is a nominal application fee. Credits will serve as electives in the Edison Early Childhood Associate of Applied Science Degree (2-3 credit hours of ECD electives are required). Credits may also be used to renew Ohio Department of Education teacher license if you make them part of your professional development plan. We are looking forward to working with participants.

North Central State College provides Early Childhood Professionals the opportunity to earn an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and qualify for Ohio Dept. of Education Pre-K License.
